Students are offered practical cases to address the following rule of law elements: legality, legal certainty, equality before the law and non-discrimination, proportionality, prevention of the abuse of powers, access to justice. The course aims to develop students\u2019 understanding of instruments of the rule of law and mechanisms of its application in court practice as well as in other applied spheres of law and provide basis for further legal studies and to generally develop students\u2019 legal culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;<strong style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Rule of Law in Management&#8221;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the students of master\u2019s program \u201cPublic Policy and Management\u201d at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>The course is necessary for formation of master\u2019s students\u2019 legal thinking which is based on European values (unconditional acceptance of human rights and liberties being the inevitable components of the rule of law).
